Garlic Mustard Pesto

This leafy weed looks good enough to eat. A basic version includes some walnuts, salt and olive oil. This site, Forager's Folly has a more detailed recipe.

My Recipe:
2 Cups Garlic Mustard
1 Cup Parsley
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 TPBS grated parmesan cheese
salt to taste

Directions: Chop garlic mustard and parsely in food processor. Add olive oil, cheese and nuts.
